Multi-Channel Communications Campaigns

Multi-channel communications are second nature for me. I coordinate strategic messaging through email, intranet, webinars, video conferences, mobile apps, workplace signage, instant messaging, and in-person events to get in front of audiences in meaningful ways. I've even been known to use a DeLorean.

Employee Engagement

Let's face it: employees get bored. I produce creative comms pieces that deliver results.

To launch a corporate intranet, I created a campaign that used AI to introduce the intranet in the style of the classic show MTV Cribs. Snoop Dogg "hosted" our episode of Cribs by walking us through the features of the new site.  

​

The campaign resulted in an 84% adoption rate, a full 12% over industry standard.

Creative Direction

I bring a creative direction style that’s equal parts strategy and imagination. From concept development to final execution, I craft visuals and narratives that cut through noise, unify teams, and spark momentum across an organization.

 

I believe creativity works best when it moves people—and moves the business forward.

Audio Visual Communications

During 2020 I pitched and implemented a full-scale production studio on the first floor of our corporate headquarters. It is now the home of our company meetings, leadership trainings, customer webinars, and more. I trained a cross-departmental team to oversee and operate three stages with a total of 6 cameras, audio mixing, input switching equipment, video equipment, and more. This kind of thought leadership is changing the game in the remote/hybrid work era.

Executive Communications

I've overseen executive communications for 10+ years, and regularly work with C-level and Senior Leadership to develop the narrative, write the script, design the presentation materials, and stick the presentation.

I provide media coaching as well as training for delivering material on and off camera.

Global Communications Strategies

Communicating with a global and highly matrixed audience requires more than translation. It demands messages grounded in cultural context, regional nuance, and a deep understanding of how people connect. â€‹

I've partnered with teams in Paris, Tokyo, Singapore, Melbourne, and London to launch initiatives that succeed because they honor local insight while advancing a global strategy.

Intranet Implementation

I have extensive experience implementing and directing successful intranets, including Simpplr, SharePoint, and Jive. 

 

My intranet administration includes vendor management, cross-departmental project management, executive buy-in, editorial direction, design and brand direction, site architecture creation, and content management.
